Manual oscillating hoes or mounted on wheel hoe are constituted with a very sharp steel blade mounted on a oscillating mechanism so that the tool will keep an angle either when pushing or pulling the tool.
On strong surfaces (paving stones, water drains) this work will be done with rotating motorised brushes, eventually complemented with thermal weedkilling
